General Accounting Support
- Journal entry preparation
- Account reconciliations
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Fixed asset tracking
- Expense report review
- Intercompany transactions
Month-End Close Assistance
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- Variance analysis
- Financial statement preparation support
- Audit support and documentation gathering
Systems & Process Projects
- ERP implementations and clean-up
- Data migration and reconciliations
- Process documentation and workflow improvements
- Backlog clean-up
Ideal Background
- 1+ years of accounting experience (clerk level and above)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in one or more industries such as manufacturing, real estate, distribution, healthcare, professional services, or private equity-backed environments
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas a plus)
- ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, Yardi, etc.)
