A growing and established manufacturer in the automotive aftermarket space is seeking a results-driven Product Manager
with a strong passion for Classic Car and/or Commercial Truck parts and accessories.
This role is ideal for someone who combines product strategy with sales collaboration and understands how to translate market data into revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Product Manager will serve as a key bridge between product strategy, market insights, and sales enablement. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to expand product offerings, retain and grow key accounts, and ensure product lines remain competitive and market-driven.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical skills, commercial instincts, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and manage product strategy for top-selling product categories
- Align roadmap with market trends, customer demand, and company objectives
Sales Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and launch revenue-driving initiatives
- Support selling campaigns with product positioning and pricing strategy
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Lifecycle Management
- Manage product performance from concept through end-of-life
- Drive profitability and customer satisfaction across product lines
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure product availability and quality
- Support trade show participation (4–5 annually; occasional weekend travel required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Product, Category, or Sales Management experience
- Experience within Classic Car and/or Commercial Truck parts strongly preferred
- Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket distribution channels
- Strong Excel proficiency and experience managing budgets
- Experience with CRM, AI tools, and product lifecycle management systems
- Ability to translate product details into compelling value propositions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
