About the Role
A respected, high-profile pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support its growing commercial and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys contributing to meaningful, high-impact work.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to help execute campaigns, support product initiatives, and ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist with development, coordination, and tracking of marketing materials and assets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, printers, event partners)
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and documentation
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries for leadership
  • Help manage digital content, promotional materials, and brand assets
  • Ensure materials adhere to regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines
  • Support planning and execution of events, conferences, and product meetings
  • Conduct market and competitive research as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative support experience
  • (regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or life sciences a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, or content management systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, collaborative, and proactive work style
