Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Junior Accountant
to join their growing finance team. This role will support full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple operating entities
while partnering closely with the corporate accounting team on financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Entity Accounting
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple operating subsidiaries
- Record daily transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain general ledgers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of A/P, A/R, payroll entries, and intercompany transactions
- Prepare subsidiary-level financial statements and support roll-ups for consolidation
Corporate Accounting & Reporting
- Post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with consolidations of subsidiary financials into corporate results
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS)
- Assist with external audit requests and compliance-related filings
- Support internal control processes across entities
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide ad hoc analysis for management
- Support accounting aspects of M&A and transaction-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
- 0–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS)
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage, NetSuite, or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Clear communicator able to collaborate across teams and entities
- Self-starter with strong time management and follow-through
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
